Summer Reading List

book1.jpg

Ya’ll know I have been trying to get back into reading for the longest. I can zip through a fiction novel in no time if its good however self-help books take me a bit longer. Crazy thing is I love self-help books so much haha, so odd. Anyway, being that it usually takes an extended amount of time I am dedicating the entire summer (until late September) to finish these four books.

30 DAY MONEY CLEANSe

Now with this one I’m actually almost down, about halfway there. This book teaches you how to think about money differently and change your relationship with money which I appreciate. In yesterday’s blog we talked about implementing no spend days and this book speaks on it just a bit too. If you’re interested you can find the book here.

BIG MAGIC

This book was a lovely birthday gift from Victoria (go follow her!) and it’s all about learning how to live creatively without fear. I read the first few pages and it did pull me in so that’s exciting! I’m going to finish the 30-Day Money Cleanse before I hope into this one. You can find the book for yourself right here.

RELATIONSHIP GOALS

Another birthday gift, this time from my parents haha! Ya’ll know I’m as single as a dollar bill (LOL) no but really, it’s been awhile and while I’m preparing myself for a husband, I think it’s best to read this book. I am a huge fan of Pastor Todd so I am very anxious to hear his nuggets of wisdom. This book has been pretty popular since it came out, you can find it here and there’s also a study guide if you want to gift me with it :) just kidding… maybe.

Your Money or Your Life

If you want to get your entire life together, I hear this is the book that will do just that. From what I heard it will force you to think ahead (which I naturally do) and really put things into perspective. This book was also gifted to me by non other than Victoria :), you can find this book here.
