Naked Nutrition Review

Today’s blog is a bit different - I’m collaborating with Naked Nutrition. Naked Nutrition’s vision is to help support your health and fitness goals by sourcing premium ingredients, using as few of them as possible and being transparent so you know exactly what's going into your body. With a powerful mission statement like that, I couldn’t say no to seeing what their products were all about. I recieved the Naked Whey in Vanilla and the Naked C (vitamin C packets). My first impression was “woah this is huge!”, this is sure to last me a while and I’m very excited to incorporate this into my new health journey. Overall the taste isn’t bad at all, it’s actually pretty freaking good. I can’t wait to try other fruits like strawberries or even blueberries.

1 scoop of Naked Whey in Vanilla

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1 banana

1 1/2 cups of Oat Milk

a handful of ice
