Starting a Ritual ...

I am a work in progress, I’m constantly referring back to my chapter 25 blog post checking off the boxes on the things that I wanted to focus on this year. Next up on the list is my health, I’ve been eyeing these vitamins for quite awhile and I finally bit the bullet and brought them (they were 50% off). Usually these vitamins are $30 per month and I was able to grab them for $15 so I thought why not.

Ritual is a multivitamin designed for women, backed by science, simple and effective. Not going to lie the pretty packaging did draw me in however I am excited to notice a difference within my body by at least month three.

What I like so far

I love the clean look of the vitamins, behind able to see straight through the capsule is amazing. From my experience with other vitamins it always made my stomach feel upset - not these. I am able to take the pills with or with out food and I don’t have any side effects.

I also really really like the way they smell lol - they’re minty and surprisingly doesn’t smell like vitamins at all.

What I will do in the future

I will keep you all posted via the blog and Instagram on how I am feeling and what my end reaction to the brand is. I will also love to extend $15 dollars of your next Ritual purchase in the future as well! 0
